Negative progression betting systems
: Increase the bet when you lose. This betting system requires more capital and employed to force a winning outcome following a losing streak.

Positive progression betting systems
: Increase the bet when you win. Kind of ‘let-it-ride’. Require less capital and usually employed to take advantage of winning streaks.

Insurance betting systems
: Decrease the amount of your bet when you win, usually following a high initial bet or following short ‘let-it-ride’ progressive wins.

Betting System: The 1 3 2 6


The 1 3 2 6 betting system falls under the positive progression system similar to the parolli betting system. The name of this betting system pretty much says it all. This system is based on a betting pattern, 1 unit then 3 and 2 units then 6.

For example, if each unit represents $5 and odds are 1 to 1, even money, the first bet will be $5. If this initial bet wins, the winning is added to the $10 to make the bet at $15. if the second bet wins again there would be $30 on the table. $20 is taken down to make the bet at $10. If the third bet happens to win again, there will be $20 on the table in which to add $10 making a total 0f $30 for the fourth bet. There would be a total of $60 net profits on the table. Start the system again at $10. each you lose you lose at any point start over again at $10. Once the cycle is completed, loop back and start over your betting at $5

The 1 3 2 6 betting system is very interesting strategy. The allure to using this system is that you only risk small amount to win large amount, if you complete the betting cycle. You can lose six times at the worst level (second bet), and with one win (a set of four wins in a row) you can get your money back.

This betting System is not recommended for the game of blackjack unless for fun. This betting system requires to win 4 hands in a row to complete the cycle of this system.This betting system would be fun for a recreational player but no serious blackjack player should use this strategy to try to turn large profits.

Betting System: Martingale System



The Martingale is a premier negative progressive blackjack betting system. If you're a risk-taker, and also have large bankroll, this system is what you're looking for.

In this betting system, initial bets remains the same after each win and doubles it in every loss. If you lose again you double your bet. You keep doing this until you win.

Here's the example for this betting system, assuming we played at $5 dollar table. Most casinos have a maximum bet. Most five-dollar tables have a maximum bet of $500. Using the martingale betting system which you double you bet after every loss, the progression will look like this.

Initial bet $5 and you lose.
next bet is $10. If you lose:
next bet is $20. If you lose:
next bet is $40. If you lose:
next bet is $80. If you lose:
next bet is $160. If you lose:
next bet is $320. If you lose:
next bet is $640, which exceeds the maximum bet for the table.

It only takes eight consecutive losses to exceed the table limit. You will only win five dollars if you eventually hit. This takes into account all your progressions up to that point. Even if you could exceed the $500 maximum bet, on the eighth bet you are risking $640 to win $5. You have already invested $635 for your previous seven bets. If you lose that one you are out $1,275. This betting system is proven in player that has large bankroll. But the casinos have thought this,and protect themselves by making high minimum amd low minimum blackjack tables to stop martingale users dead in their tracks.

Systems like the Martingale are not highly recommended. This system may work for a short run. No matter what is your game, you should not rely on it too heavily. Betting System:The Labouchere System


The Labouchere Betting System is under the negative progression system. Also called Cancellation, Cross out, Labby and Split Martingale. This betting system has different variations, we'll try to go over the most simple structure of this betting system for blackjack players.

To illustrate this system, before starting to play, write a string of random numbers, this set of numbers can be short or long and not necessarily sequential. The choice depends on the type of game you want this system to apply and the odds of the bet.

For example, lets say the series of numbers is 1 3 1 4 4 1 6 5. Bettors will start by adding the first and last numbers in the series. In this example, bettors will gamble 6 units (1 and 5) as initial bet. If this initial bet happens to win, cross out the numbers and move on to the next two outside numbers. Using this example, the next bet would be 9 units (3 and 6), and so on.

In gambling we all know that we can't win every hand. When the player lose the initial bet of 7 units (1 and 6) The player must add the sum of what is lost into the end of the series instead of crossing out the two numbers. So now, taking this example given above the series will look like 1 3 1 4 4 6 5 6. The next bet for the players will be 7 units (1 and 6).

The reverse of this system turns it into a positive progression system. Meaning, if bettors lose, it is not necessary to bet more to win their money back. In this case, if the bettors win they will add the numbers to end of the series instead of crossing out the outside numbers. If they lose, that the time to cross out the numbers and move to next outside numbers.

The Labouchere System betting system is rather simple method and very easy to use. Players will know that they succeed if all the numbers in the series are being crossed out. The downside of this betting system is if a player is in the losing streak, players will bet more and more when they lose a hand. This system requires a huge bankroll.

But despite this, it is still recommended over martingale for the reason that in the martingale betting system players will start with more larger bankroll because they have to double the bet after losing a hand. Using the Martingale betting system, it is more likely to stay in the game for a matter of minutes. Meanwhile, labouchere system allows the player to stay longer in the because they will not doubling up their bets everytime they lose a hand

Betting System: The Parolli


The Paroli betting system is a positive progression betting system. This betting system is a complete opposite of the martingale betting system and sometimes reffered as anti martingale system. This betting system is considered more stable than other betting systems when used especially in blackjack.

Parolli betting system does not require a large bankroll. It also gives the player a freedom to design a betting ladder and a stop point, which is a must before starting to play. After losing a bet or reaching the stop point, proceed back to the original bet and continue to use the system throughout the game. This betting system aims to take advantage of winning streaks. While in action, profits will grow effectively and likely end up with more wins compare to using a simple flat betting strategy.

If you wish to push your luck more, you might want to bank your profit and start again. But remember to quit winner. It is possible that you might hit a win streak but dont push it. Approaching the game like a seasoned pro is the best option. If you complete the parolli chain, quit while you're ahead.

Betting System:The Fibonacci


The system "Fibonacci sequence progression", as it is called, is based on progressing a starting bet in case of a loss. This Betting System was created by Leonardo Pisa, an Italian mathematician, in the 12th century. This famous sequence goes all the way back to the 13th century and has a peculiar habit of showing up in completely unrelated areas of life such as architecture, music and biology. The series of numbers for the Fibonacci system is 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, and so on. Every number in the sequence is derived by totaling the two previous numbers. In this systems every win will compensate for every loses.

Start by placing a wager of one unit on an even-money bet. Winning in first bet doesnt start the sequence, place one unit again on the following bet The sequence will only begin when you lost. Since the 1 unit bet have already been placed, the next bet will be the second number in the sequence that is also 1 unit. If you still lose the next bet, continue until you hit a win.

Winning a round, does'nt end the sequence at once like in the Martingale System. Instead cross out the last two numbers in the sequence and bet the new number. It should also be noted that in the event of a win, the last two numbers in the sequence should be erased. The Fibonacci Betting System ends when all numbers have been crossed out.

Most players prefer this system than other methods, such as the Martingale Betting system, as it does not necessitate such high stakes. Just like with the Martingale, this will work fine only for a while, you will eventually hit the betting limit that is set either by the online casino or by your own bankroll. This Betting System is considered to be relatively steady system. This method is appropriate for players using small amounts of money. In this system it is very important to set limits and bear in mind that this system is only effective in the short term play. It is a less risky compare to the martingale betting system in which you double your bets instead of always raising them by one unit You begin this system by placing a bet of 1 unit. A unit can be whatever amount you desire. after every win your bet decreases by 1 until you are back to betting a single unit again. This helps eliminate the possibility of wiping out and you can go much longer under this betting system.

The D'Alembert betting system offers a more careful approach of the game. This Betting System is also good in recovering losses. The slow pace of this system enable the player to begin betting a higher amount if his wants to. This system was originally designed for the roulette game but also works well with blackjack, in fact is considered as one of the best bet strategies in the game of blackjack
